Hello! My name is Jacob Schneider and I am Junior at Deerfield High School in Deerfield, IL. I am an honors student in mathematics, computer science, and standard sciences. After high school I plan on continuing my studies in each of these subjects and pursuing a career path in data sciences.
Outside of school I am a huge sports fan, and I find the interplay between numbers and the world of sports fascinating. I have played many different sports throughout my life, and I have always been interested in the intricacies of the games I have played. My goal is to provide younger students who share the same passion for sports an opportunity to grow their mathematical skills, while utilizing enjoyable real world sports situations. I feel that having a well developed strength with numbers is very important for a young student, so my help is completely free of charge. Finally, this program will ignite a further interest in mathematics for those who love sports.
